During my life time I had to overcome many challenges and traumas, which prompted me to search for ways to heal myself; I became a Reiki patient in 2017, and seeing the benefits and the positive impact on myself, and the facts that throughout the years I have always maintained a heartfelt desire to help others,I decided to study and to get qualified in Reiki and in Mindful practice's which has guided me on my current path. I became a Reiki and Mindfulness practitioner in 2019. As part of my practice and philosophy, I strive to both educate and heal my patients, empowering them to live better and healthier lives. My approach as a Mindfulness practitioner is a combination of compassion and understanding and in Reiki I use the western method - (Mikao Usui).
